  1. Iamnegative.com does not guarantee results reported by the labs used in the application process. Iamnegative.com does randomly inspect labs and applicants information submitted by labs for fraud.
  2. Iamnegative.com does not request nor accept positive diagnosis from labs in the application process. If an applicant does not receive confirmation e-mail from this service, it is the applicant's responsibility to follow up with the laboratory to verify mailing of negative test results. All application fees are non-refundable.
  3. Iamnegative.com reserves the right to change, edit, and remove any profile for any reason on the site without notice. In order to enroll, applicants must agree to this policy.
  4. Members must agree to indemnify, and legally defend Iamnegative.com from any litigation pertaining to their posting on the website. All language on the application for admission to the website is binding. Members can change their password at any time. All forgotten passwords can be reset and new ones can be sent to the email address used during the application process.
  5. Iamnegative.com does not store negative diagnosis results permanently; it only posts negative STD lab findings for (HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis) for a limited time frame online (12-14 weeks). Members must reapply before the time frame has elapsed to remain active.
  6. This website does not allow browsing the entire member database. All profiles are considered confidential, and access codes are only distributed to the actual member via e-mail. Although two codes are given, this website recommends to its members to type in their code personally and share it selectively to avoid identity theft. Members should never share the password for their profile management (member login and password).
  7. Iamnegative.com is not a medical laboratory. All tests are conducted through independent laboratories, and negative results are submitted to us from the testing facilities based upon applicants request.
  8. Iamnegative.com requires a nine-month waiting period on all false positive readings along with testing for HIV/Hepatitis every 3 months during the nine months. A medical doctor must attest that the patient has not been on any suppressive medicines during the 9 months and that the three negative consecutive blood samples contain no traces HIV/Hepatitis or suppressive therapy medicines. Upon completion, the doctor is to write a letter address ATTN. Dr. Pierce M.D. at the iamnegative.com address below explaining why the patients negative status is correct.
    Ultimately, Iamnegative.com will decide weather to admit the applicant to the service based on the review of the medical data submitted by the referring physician. The blood test should be done by no less than two (three preferred) different labs or testing companies, and the physician writing the medical report should witness at least one of the blood test samples being drawn. The date of this witnessing should be indicated on the medical notes submitted to Dr. Pierce.
    The reporting documents for false positive are located under the main web page FORMS tab. This form must be filled out completely and legibly to include the attesting MD'S license number. The applicant must include the review form and fee, along with the doctor's documentation in order to be processed.
  9. The name Iamnegative.com, the phrase "The website you've got to be on.", and the negative logo are registered and copyrighted, and are not to be used without express written permission from the company.
  10. Iamnegative.com does not share your billing information with anyone without your express permission, except our payment processing company, unless we are required to by law or court order.
  11. Iamnegative.com may keep and use emails sent to us in order to improve this site and our products. Hacking, changing code, or presentation of this website is strictly prohibited.

Account Termination
Iamnegative.com places your account in a deactivated or dormant status if you account is expired or suspended. Iamnegative.com will only use your dormant personal information to enforce our contracts or resolve disputes.

Security
Iamnegative.com has placed security measures to protect against fraud and misuse of the information submitted to us for membership. All ordering and billing information is encrypted to prohibit unauthorized third party viewing. Computer cookies are used by Iamnegative.com and our billing company in order to track shopping cart and receipts online.

Changes in Our Practice/Policies
Iamnegative.com reserves the right to make minor changes immediately upon updating this privacy policy on our site. Any major change to our policies will be posted 30 days prior on this site.
